20 Aug Fired Up with Red Hot Home Gym & Spa

Why have a gym membership when you can create your own personalized one own home? Well that’s what the founder of a nation-wide franchise asked interior designer Keith Baltimore of Baltimore Design Group when bringing up the idea of creating a fitness area right in his basement. Not only did Baltimore just transform the space into a home gym, but he added a spa and juice bar creating an entire wellness area to relax, rejuvenate and recover in.

Red Hot Rejuvenation

Baltimore based his design upon the company’s signature color red and black logo which communicates excitement, energy and passion for exercise and fitness. In the gym, state-of- the-art equipment is red lacquered while iconic white columns lend a sense of grandeur. Wall art was also added to serve as an inspirational element during a work-out. Baltimore went above & beyond with this gym to ensure it was an atmosphere where his client could get an effective workout.

Red Hot Relaxation

For mellow moments where his client can unwind & relax, there is a stunning steam room with iridescent red mosaic tiles covering the curved walls and built in benches. The addition of a teak wood sauna offers a space for meditation which is covered in Far Eastern themed wallpaper.

Red Hot Recovery

After all the hard work, his client will walk through the glass doors for a refreshment break in the juice bar/kitchen. While recovering from the work out and long day, he will get to soak in the space’s stunning atmosphere infused with rich color and luxurious details.
