23 May LebaTex : Celebrating 20 Years with 20 Collaborations

In 1999, Stacy Garcia founded her textile company to fill a void in the hospitality marketplace for quality, designer fabrics. She named the company after her great-grandmother Leba, which translates to “Love” in Yiddish, and has continued to build the company from that foundation – a love for textiles and the people her company works with.

To celebrate what has grown from humble beginnings in a suburban New York garage 20 years ago into an international textile supplier servicing the interior design community, LebaTex is partnering with 20 designers from top interior design firms around the United States to develop a special printed fabric collection. The 20th Anniversary Designer Collection will be released throughout 2019.

“We wanted to make this anniversary about more than LebaTex,” said Stacy Garcia, Founder and CEO of LebaTex. “The design community is so tightly knit and supportive of its members. We wanted to celebrate not only our milestone, but the collaborative nature of the people and industry.”

Designers from firms such as Jeffrey Beers International, J/Brice, Matchline Design Group, Michael Graves, and Van Dresser Company will have their designs featured in the collection. Each pattern was conceptualized and developed by the designers, who worked closely with LebaTex to develop and produce the patterns on fabric.

Stay tuned for individual Q&A’s with each of the designers LebaTex collaborated with!
